* The Leadership Circle –TLC Culture: This is a modern tool which allows, through a simple on-line questionnaire, an analysis of the existing leadership culture and the desired culture within a team department or organisation. The outcome is a pie chart which reveals the level of leadership development within the collective analysed, and also the existing gaps between the current culture and the desired one. The model takes into consideration 8 basic competencies that range from reactive leadership (complying, protecting, controlling) to creative leadership (relating, self-awareness, authenticity, systems awareness and achieving).

* The Leadership Circle –TLC Profile: A latest generation technique of 360 degree assessment, in the form of an on-line questionnaire, allows for the analysis of the development of personal leadership. The result is a pie chart with 29 leadership competencies, which reveals the evolution on the leadership of the person evaluated, and the existing relationship between the competencies and the underlying habitual thoughts.

* Team Diagnostic Assessment:  It is a team assessment tool that, in the form of an on-line questionnaire, allows for the measurement of positivity (relationship) as well as productivity (task) in the team. The result is a double entrance matrix that analyses the strengths and weaknesses of the team in relation to the 7 basic team positivity or relationship points (optimism, trust, respect, communication, constructive interaction, camaraderie and diversity); and in relation to the 7 productivity or team ability to complete tasks (goals and strategies, alignment, responsibility, resources, decisions making, proactively, team leadersip).

* PI (Predictive Índex): It is an assessment tool for a person's motivational profile that, through an on-line questionnaire, allows for the measurement of the motivational needs of a person from three points of view: the motivations that are inherent to the person, those that are required by their environment, and those that may be observed in his behaviour.

* MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator): It is one of the world’s most widely used personality assessment. Through a psychometric questionnaire allows to measure psychological preferences in how people perceive the world and make decisions. It is based in four functions or preferences that combined amongst themselves determine 16 dynamic types of personality.
