I recognize myself as one of this privileged persons that along my professional career I have had the fortune to work in something that passionate me. Effectively, I feel satisfied and committed with the goal of helping people and organisations to reach their maximum potential and to evolve to be able to create work environments more human and efficient.
During more than twenty years I have worked for different companies at a local and international range (Compagnie General de Radiologie, CGR, Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat de Catalunya, Saba - abertis), in the last period managing departments of Human Resources Development and Internal Communication. That has given me a good experiences in fields like training, people and leadership development, change management and internal communication and, overall, the opportunity to deepen in the keys that inspire the behaviour and the interrelations of people within the organizations.
My conclusion is that, generally speaking, we all have a good ability to understand and accept rationally concepts, models, new tendencies or rules. The difficulty resides, normally, in integrate in our natural way of doing things the new concepts and models learnt, I mean, to really change our behaviour. Very often I have heard saying "...I know the keys to work better with my team, to communicate better with my direct reports, with my family, with my friends, but finally I don't do it..."
The valuable experiences lived during my previous professional career led me, in 2007, to co-found accendo along with Pedro , a new professional project specifically focused in experiential learning and coaching, methodologies that, combined or separated, I believe constitute one of the most powerful tools we adults have to integrate learning and really transform our attitudes and behaviours.
I have superior training in Organizacional Communication (Universidad de Barcelona-Les Heures) and Development People Management (ESADE). I have also completed my training as Executive Coach in Escuela Europea de Coaching, obtaining the ACTP certification by the International Coach Federation (ICF). Lately I have finalized the superior program of Co-Active Coaching, of the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and the superior program of Team Coaching, Organizational Relationships and System Coaching from the Centre for Right Relationship (CRR).
